I have precisions about this bug. When i'm entering a "/" character and
clicking on the "import" button, i can access to all the directory
structure, and so i can choose the driver for my monitor in /media/cdrom
directory.
I think however it's a bug (minor), because a newbie will perhaps not be

I seem to have the same problem (Feisty).
Copies but makes disk unmountable ("Writing Data to Device"). It eventually
comes up with an error.
dmesg prints out some messages :
