[Bug 209344] [NEW] Evolution mail has major out of proportions.

Public bug reported: When i launch up Evolution mail in Ubuntu 8.04, the top bar with "Show: All messages" etc is very large taking up half of the Window. I would expect it to be discreet as in earlier versions. This bug makes it very challenging to preview messages. This appeared with the new 8.0
