Not sure if that helps, but booting 3.2.0-8.14 with a Logitech
Unifiying USB Receiver attached fixes the issue. After booting I can
remove the receiver and everything works Ok so far. That's the reason I
got it working when posted comment #35.

Couldn't collect data for the upstream kernel though, only for the
Precise kernel. I had problems with the wireless with that kernel and
could not submit the apport-collect data. Any way to store this report
