The complete folder "DiaUml" is missing in the package sqlfairy it
should be in "/usr/share/perl5/SQL/Translator/Producer/".
Just try something like this:
sqlt -f MySQL -t DiaUml test.sql > test.dia

because ekiga2 works for me, and also other softphone clients...

Same Problem on Jaunty - but like Tom have said - setting
"audio.pulseaudio_device" to "pulseaudio" solves the problem.
