I noticed that my user wasn't part of the groups "pulse", "pulse-
access", or "pulse-rt". I'm not sure what the correct membership should
be, but I tried adding myself to all of those groups. After making that
change I have audio from flash applications in firefox after suspending
and resuming.
I've tested this using intrepid-proposed and can report that it
partially works. With the updated package I no longer have to manually
restart pulseaudio, however it doesn't work in the sense that I *do*
have to restart firefox in order to make flash applications play audio
again (e.g., streaming

No sounds from youtube either, until I restart firefox. I'm testing on a

I'm also using flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.15.3ubuntu1~intrepid1. If I run
pulseaudio from a terminal using `pulseaudio -vv`, when my system comes
back from suspend I see this error message:

Another workaround, which applies if you don't use your wired interface
regularly, is to add e1000 to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist. I've been able
to suspend and resume without problem since doing that.

I can confirm this too. I had the same problem when running 7.10.
Yesterday I upgraded to Hardy beta and still have the issue. I just
tried deleting ~/.cache/tracker this morning to see if rebuilding the
index might help -- it did not. This is what I observe:
$ tracker-search test
$ killall -9 tr
I'd like to amend my last post. I think I tested the search tool
*before* trackerd had actually finished rebuilding its index. Since it
completed the process I haven't had any problems. Can anyone else
confirm if deleting the index and waiting for it to be completely
rebuilt fixes this problem?

I have the same problem in Hardy, but with iwl3945. I'm attaching the
relevant part of /var/log/daemon.log. Let me know if there's any other
useful information that I can provide.
