I can also confirm this in Ubuntu 9.04. Here is yet another workaround.
After compiling the attached code using " gcc OpenUrlFile.c -o
OpenUrlFile.out ", I associate it with these files by right clicking on

I had the same issue. I had to uninstall the "Vega Strike" in
repositories and install "vegastrike-linux-0.5.0.tar.bz2" from
http://vegastrike.sourceforge.net/getfiles/ . Version 0.4.3 is missing
many parts such as the main menu.

Are you trying to set the syntax highlighting or are you trying to
download/install a new syntax file? To set the syntax highlighting all you have
to use Tools -> Highlighting. Do you think this is related to this bug:

Had the same problem and saw many "Tx aggregation enabled on ra" errors in
syslog.
The suggested workaround ("options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1" in

This has happened to me several times but it might not be a problem with
Ubuntu. I have a Thinkpad Edge 14 and I dual boot both Ubuntu and
Windows 7. Whenever this happens the Fn keys stop working in both
Windows and Ubuntu which indicates that it's a BIOS/hardware issue. I
usually fix it by sim
I also have an Intel machine, in my case the hotkeys would suddenly
stop working. Did you testing the keys on LiveCD/LiveUSB as it says in
the guide you posted? If they work then you can be sure it's not a
hardware problem.

I am having this same issue in Lucid with kernel, 2.6.32-23-generic-pae.
Every once in awhile my USB logitech mouse stops working and I get the

In lucid, I have been able to work around this by adding channels
manually to my ~/.xchat2/servlist_.conf file. Apparently this has been
patched upstream ( http://xchat.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/xchat/src/fe-
gtk/servlistgui.c?view=log&pathrev=1367 ) hopefully the xchat package
will be updated so
Hmm, weird I don't see any obvious problems, even in the pm-suspend.log.
Maybe someone with more skills will be able find the problem.

This problem seems to have been resolved in the latest mainline kernel
2.6.35-999-generic_2.6.35-999.201007211008. jbd2 only writes every 1-2
minutes which is more tolerable. Unfortunately, I had to downgrade back
to 2.6.32-23-generic-pae because of another bug.

Matthew Holtz, I guess you're right, this would still be a problem on
netbooks. Hopefully someone will mark this as confirmed.
I've been playing around with different settings. Adding commit=60, to
the partition's entry in fstab increases the interval to 30-45 seconds.
No solution yet.
