Some password dialogs repaint way too often. I've found this when:
* Opening a kwallet
* Creating a new wallet
* Running kdesudo
When it's running locally with the effects turned on, you can only
notice it when you type quickly. If you turn on the "Show Paint" effect
plugin,

I've done some investigating. It is *not* the calender that you get from the
clock plasmid, rather, it is the actual calender-plasmathing.
The precise steps to start the CPU-sucking:
1) Add the calender widget from Add Widgets
2) Move the widget
3) ...?
4) Profit
A work-around: Drag the calender

Python's os.getlogin() function fails when it is runs under KDE
terminals (like, konsole, kate, and kdevelop). It does not fail under
virtual consoles, xterm, or gnome's terminal.
I've reproduced this konsole bug on both Kubuntu Edgy (Python 2.4.
