The proposed patch fixes compilations issues on Ubuntu Intrepid (8.10) running
on 2.4.27 kernels.
WARNING: Driver functionality still have to be tested (I've just done a build
and modprobe / rmmod dumb test).

I can confirm that the same problem (missing binary and configuration
file) is present in the orca package shipped with ubuntu edgy (same
version 0.2.3)
