[Feisty] Non-anglo-saxon characters in nzb filename will crash download

It looks like an error when writing archive pieces into download
subdirectory created by klibido. It crashes when the download queue
reaches the faulty file. Error m
I don't know if it is the same issue as with bug 81693, but I don't think so,
because it looks like that one was fixed long before I tried klibido for the
first time.
To reproduce this problem, you don't need a special nzb file; just take any and
rename it changing one of the characters' filenam
