SVN/3.1.4 is development version so I expect that we have to wait some
time on "final release" and When you use direct virtualbox repositary
the fix will be applied very soon.

Hi,
I have same problem on Ubuntu 9.10
With pulseaudio I have perfect sound in Virtualbox (windows XP), but
microphone doesn't work properly.

Thanks for your update but I would like to fix this issue with using
pulseaudio. I think that Ubuntu will use pulseaudio in future and it's not
clean way to uninstall pulseaudio and use "alsa".

have some problem with quality, but I have to try more applications for
comparison. (I hear myself when I'm talking to microphone).I will let

Hi everybody,
now I use workaround with USB soundcard. I bought USB soundcard (5$) and I
using in VB with XP quest this CS for input. I know that is quite stupid but
for me it is last possibility.
