Hi I'm encountering some problem with my audio device:
my system is Dell Latitude XT2 with Ubuntu 9.04 installed

Same here. At first it worked quite fine (logitech diNovo desktop). but
suddenly the keyboard wasnt working any more. I was at first able to remove the
device using the devicemanager, but when I wanted to reconnect it, it first
found it, but the the inputwizard crashed.

i fiddled a little and found the configuration under:
/var/lib/bluetooth/FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF
i remove every occurance of the keyboard from its files (did a fgrep
00:07:61:61:85:00 *)
and tried adding it again - at first it didnt work, then i killed all open
kblue* processes (kblueplugd, kbluetooth

Looks like only cupsys only remains running on my machine.
But the hplip daemons were asked to start on my rc.5 init level. (3-4-5
actually).
Daemons trying to start and then get kills after the crash.
Does that help ? Let me know if you need more data.

I found the device with `ls /sys/bus/acpi/devices`, although it does not
appear in /proc/bus/input/devices
I found in Bug-Report #1853277 that Kai-Heng Feng stated "We are
currently working with Lenovo and it might take a while." Is that still
undergoing?

Kai-Heng answered: "Lenovo is aware of this issue, but I haven't got the
hardware yet."
There is an easy to apply solution in Bug-Report #1861610 that seems to
work for some people.

It is working now! Using kernel 5.4.0-42-generic and adding the
"i8042.nopnp=1 pci=nocrs" kernel parameters to grub made the touchpad
work.
(I also tried the solution proposed by Ferenc in Bug #1861610. It
Bug 1885573 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1885573) marks this one as
duplicate, but installing kernel 5.7.1 or 5.7.7 didn't work (though I
couldn't install linux-headers).
