Same issue on two external monitors. Both hooked up via MiniDisplay

Every time it happens i have a the following log in my dmesg:

4.9-rc2 doesn't bring up my external monitor at all so I couldn't do
further testing.

Using the touchpad seems to disable clicking from the external mouse as
well. As long as I don't touch the trackpad the external mouse works
fine.
