I have transparent backgroud set to something like 75%. Execute the following
code:
$ echo 1; echo 2
I obtain the lines
1
2
but the background of the 2 and some whitespace following it is blank, not
transparent. If I drag anoth

I can reproduce the bug using the live CD of ubuntu 7.04 in another
computer (laptop).

If I just move the window, the background must be updated, and it paints
correctly the window as it should.

Trying to go forward, to get uscan isntalled, I did
sudo apt-get install devscripts build-essential
After that, apparently url http://download.videolan.org/pub/libdvdcss/
is down, so install keeps failing.
I got the following output:
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg
libdvd-pkg: Downloading ori
I keep trying and a new ```sudo dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg``` did the job!
