Grub supports fakeraid fine - you just need to teach it a little. >From the grub prompt, run device (hd0) /dev/mapper/[the_raid_entry] Then find /boot/grub/stage1 as normal. Could the update script not do this? -- grub should support dmraid fakeraids https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/73141 You

What's the status on this issue? I'm still finding it with 7.10 final. By the way, the quick fix is to run the command "sudo chmod [user]:[user] ~/.kde/share/apps/d3lphin/*" (replace [user] with your username) -- dolphin not able to save bookmarks after using "open as root" option https://bugs.l

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: konqueror When Dolphin is set as default file manager (as in 7.10), left-clicking (or double-left-clicking, depending on your preferences) on a folder opens it inside the Konqueror window as expected. However, middle- clicking on a folder opens it in new

[Bug 160067] Raw HTML tags show in Dolphin status bar

2007-11-04 Thread mobiusNZ
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: dolphin Dolphin Version: 0.9.2-0ubuntu2 The status bar sometimes shows raw HTML tags rather than applying them. Eg, if I open up dolphin and type "sftp://example.org"; (replace example.org with your own sftp site), while the login screen is showing, dol

[Bug 160067] Re: Raw HTML tags show in Dolphin status bar

2007-11-04 Thread mobiusNZ
Yes, it appears the sftp:/ sequence is the only one which attempts to format the status text... fish:/ and ftp:/ only say "Connecting..." with no bold bits anywhere. Konqueror shows the host in sftp:/ in bold as expected, and in fish:/ and ftp:/ just says "Connecting..." like Dolphin. -- Raw HTM

2007-12-05 Thread mobiusNZ
I agree, but we'd want to get rid of the tags. It wouldn't hurt even if it affects konqueror - it would bring it in line with the rest of the protocol's formatting. -- Raw HTML tags show in Dolphin status bar https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/160067 You received this bug notification because you ar
