I close this bug because:
1) uninstalling package "flashplugin-installer" and installing
"browser-plugin-gnash" removes the flash plugin and replaces it with the FREE
Gnash. Unfortunately, Gnash does not play most flash videos, but it never
crashed.
2) Other random crashes could be a hardware

I added files with infos about hardware and drivers; this are some logs after
crash.
I forget to add: This bug appears as well with Gnome, KDE or XFCE. I appears in
Firefox (last time) and "Reconq" (2x before).

After a while everyt
I clicked that link an firefox starts to load the image. The system
becomes slow but i was able to switch to thunderbird and read some
emails (more than one). Then, as the picture seems almost completely
loaded, firefox crashed and cames up with an excuse and a bug report to
mozilla. I wrote in the

This is not a problem with the ubuntu-package but a misleading error message of
maven. "The plugin
'org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-org.apache.maven.plugins-plugin' does not exist
or no valid version could be found" means that

I want to copy a DVD with Ubuntu 10.10 (shipped with magazin "ubuntuuser
01/2011 www.ubuntu-user.de") to a file (~/brasero.iso). Brasero did not
start reading but aborted without message. Wondering what happens, i
started Brasero via terminal and
k3b does the job.
