Ok, with stock kernel, support(graphics,display) for Polaris GPU is not
present. This support will be in kernel 4.7. That is the reason for no
audio endpoint. Please pick the audio commit.

1. Install Ubuntu 16.04 on a hardware which has two audio endpoints -
HDMI and DP.
2. Now select HDMI/DP 2 audio endpoint and play audio content from any
source.
3. Decrease the resolution of monitor which has audio endpoint as
HDMI/DP.
We observe
soundsettings is part of unity-control-center. So, updated package to
'unity-control-center'.

I was upgrading this computer from Kubuntu 10.04 LTS to 10.10.
I the middle it went off.
I think its a network failure.
But if its any thing else please report to me.
