Synclient confirms the buttons are switched:
$ synclient -l | grep TapButton
TapButton1 = 1
TapButton2 = 3
TapButton3 = 2

When installing the package php-amqp, the amqp.ini ends up in /etc/php
/mods-available instead of the expected path /etc/php/7.0/mods-available
(the first directory is created during the installation).
This results in two warnings during installation:

I also have this problem. The interesting thing is that starting lightdm
again seems to work.
What I did:

login using username and password
sudo start lightdm && logout
This would bring up lightdm just like it should. I have no idea why it
would specifically during boot.

Also, I noticed that if I do not log in directly, but instead wait for a
while after the login-screen is up, the issue is less likely to appear.

Logging out and in again solves this problem for the session. Logging
into a different account will display the same behavior, until that too

Since installing oneiric on my system, gnome-mplayer is no longer able
to suppress the screensaver from starting.
I have tried checking the option "Use X Screen Saver above Gnome Power
Manager", but without avail.
This is a regression from ubuntu 11.04, where it worked fine.
