Might be a transient but i can't test it now because i haven't the

Using Intrepid daily updated/upgraded, i'm under a corporate proxy.
Usually i can dl and upgrade and update my pc.
But today (may be a transient) i can't download any update/upgrade, i have
tried for more than once and at different hours.

The package doesn't appear in a menu.
