I must make amends, gcc-4.1 is not liable at all. Just I run the wrong kernel, sorry. I tried again and again and i have seen that this problem appears on kernel 2.6.17.2 and higher, instead with 2.6.17.1 and lower all works fine. As I compiled them with gcc-4.0 as I compiled them with gcc-4.1.
