i tried to install wine on my computer, and apparently it screwed up my
ability to change workspaces. when i change workspaces, everything,
except the wallpaper, disappear. i'm using ubuntu feisty fawn 7.04.
please help!!!

when ubuntu has been running for more than and hour or two, my music and
or any other sounds get stuck in a .5s loop or so. i'm a total newb, so
if the way to fix this is complicated, just direct me to a link or give
me step by step instructions please. thanks everyone.

and i don't know why. i uninstalled and reinstalled but still it
doesn't show up under my accessories. this is probably a total newb

wine does
well.. it depends... music always plays correctly when it's a fresh
start up, but after maybe an hour or so of playing music it will get
stuck in this loop... it does it in rythmbox, but i use amarok mostly.
i have AMD athlon(64)x2 dual core processor 4600+ 2.41 ghz and 2 gigs
of ram. i dont know
