i have the same problem but for desktop:
now i run 9.10 amd64

i have the same messages:Clocksource tsc unstable (delta = -293719238
ns)
i find this in internet:

i solved error:toga2 was enabled with eggb 3-4 ,now i disable this eggb.
for the another error i have upgradet xboard to the last stable version
(4.4.1)and used another polyglot version
(http://alpha.uhasselt.be/Research/Algebra/Toga/polyglot-release/polyglot_1.4.45b_amd64.deb)
now errors have di
after upgrade i solved this problem so:
i chance the default driver "any" with "v4l2" witn gconf-editor (type in
console)-->apps-->gnomeradio and here change value
