Confirmed still present in Gutsy (obviously)
This is closing in on tragic. It has been a know issue for so long, and the
info page on the sensors-applet package still has the nerve to list
Nvidia-support.
I get Nvidia temperatures in both Gkrellm and nvclock and nvidia-settings.

And that includes sensors up the wazoo :) With the standard repo package
and a sudo sensors-detect, all I got was core0 and core1 temperature i
addition to hddtemp. Now I have 17 more from libsensors and Nvidia as

Using Gutsy as of three days ago.
I had automatic login set up, and had to enter password to connect to my
wpa-secured network up to 10 times before it let me in. (That is, not the
Gnome-keyring password, but the wpa-password) I know I used the right password,

problems in Nautilus. There are a gazillion reports on Nautilus mounting
issues. This is about a faulty $ eject /media/someU
This bug appears to be fixed. At least, now "eject /media/E10" works on
my E10 from the command line. Don't know which update handled it. Still
using Feisty.

Works here too, but now, if I run Synaptic, and choose to upgrade it
all, sensors-applet gets replaced. Nvidia-support must be included by
default for Gutsy, and should be backported as well.

Can't your girlfriend drag and drop the DVD-icon on VLC. Works for
absolutely everything else that I can think of. Heck, VLC even plays
iso-images if you drag and drop it on to it. This app gets way too

thought the backported hal might take care of it, but it didn't. So, no
luck :(

the thing, the script includes "eject /media/E10", and that returns an error.
In terminal, I get:

umount: /media/E10 is not in the fstab (and you are

Actually the problem has not been around for a while. I'll let you know
if it comes back, but as of now, it looks like it has been fixed by some
update or magic :)
