I have the same issue trying to rotate a 750x750 image using gimp 2.6.11 on
windows 7 x64
It's like it lost the 1px line color code to the left side and replaced it with
white.

I did a second test rotating a 1000x750 image @ 90 degrees (+ fit canvas to
size)
And this time it gave me the correct color data up to 1x125 then 1x126< was
replaced with the alpha channel / transparency color

Not only that, I have a black line in about 1/3 of the image and it's
been disoriented with tiny jacks.

seems like the second i press the image using the rotate tool it moves
the image slightly to the right.

also i have mislabeled the file, it's no longer 750 but 751 which it
really shouldn't be because i clearly entered "90,00"
