Another phone (iPhone) on same carrier service sends me text messages.
Expectation: Receive message
One of three results:
1: Receive message as expected
2: Never receive message (displays as delivered on iPhone, no notification or
message in "
No response in 7 months. Did I fail to do something or is it actually
low priority or other?

The TouchPad still appea
Mako Ubuntu 15.04 (r23)
Can see hotspot from Ubuntu laptop 14.04 but cannot connect
(authentication fails repeatedly)
Situation: Phone > System Settings > Hotspot > Enable (Hotspot name:
Ubuntu); Phone Wi-Fi also enabled
Expected Behavior: From Laptop, try to connect to Ubuntu with network
GUI,
1a - On both OS build #5 and #6 (Channel: ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09), I
manually disable "GPS" and "Location detection".
2a - Then choose either "Restart" or "Power off." Upon boot, both settings are
shown as selected/enabled.

Apologies for delay, I wanted to recreate initial conditions as best as
possible but with newer kernel (Linux 111 3.19.0-031900rc7-generic).
Unfortunately, that potential WORKAROUND does not appear to help address
the fan noise level. The only thing I note is that System Monitor > CPU
