[Bug 1273801] [NEW] Ganglia package uses out of date config.guess and config.sub

in to the ./build directory and the configure script correctly identified the platform type. Please update the ganglia source bundle to include the latest config scripts. The relevant parts of the output from the original and updated ./configure runs are included below. Many thanks.
