I saw this bug yesterday in Hardy. I put in the live cd and _still_ saw
the error. Very weird. I put the live cd into my laptop and I got the
same error. Too much of a coincidence I thought.
I rebooted my router and it went away. Weirdest thing. Try it! It
worked for me!

I upgraded from Feisty to Hardy beta yesterday. Through synaptic tried
to install libghc6-x11-dev. I used to have an installed copy I think
but I don't think it still is after the upgrade.
It failed with the following in the summary:
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/libghc6-x11-d
Fixed problem package.

I should correct: "I tried changing the name of the problem package, but
it keeps going back to haskell-x11".
I see the same error on the Debian site:

The fix is upgrading the package as seen in the last comment.
