When dist-upgrading my KUbuntu 8.10 (I think it was .10 it was 8 at least) to
9.04 I get a bunch of errors that packages can't be configured because they are
already installed and configured, and later a general message for each that
they failed to install or upgrade:
libbl
Maybe I wrote a bug report too soon. I think I have worked around the
problem now. I rebooted and ran Adept. After fetching a new package list
I could do an upgrade, and it seems that it has now fixed the packages
that could not be upgraded in the dist-upgrade.

I installed Ubuntu 16.10 and version 0.0.7ubuntu2 of Unity Tweak Tool
today. It seems to me this bug is back. The delay setting does not
matter at all; there is zero delay shifting the focus between windows
with "sloppy" or "mouse" setting.
What would be even better than a working delay setting, I
