When running do-release-upgrade on oneiric when there is no internet
connection established, it will check and falsely say that there is no
upgrade available without reporting any error message. It should report

When I type in "killall plug" and then hit tab, it completes to "killall
plugin-container", however when I hit enter it says no process found. I
have to remove the last r and then hit enter for the command to work.
Killall tab completion should complete using a list of running
mount says that /tmp is mounted noexec for some reason, which means I
misinterpreted what the noexec does for folders instead of files?
What would cause /tmp to mount noexec like that when I have other machines that
do not have that problem?
