I think the only way to reproduce it is to try to open the attachement, I think
it was written in old Czech T602 which has no problem in any Microsoft product,
it's been used in all types of Microsoft WINDOWS to VISTA and it does work.

The power manager after upgrade stopped turning off the power - gnome
offers switching off in 30 minutes and 1 hour and Xfce does not offer
any options, previously it would show bar where I could choose switching
off time by minutes. I'm trying enabling and disabling both but

It was the latest upgrade but I had to downgrade it again because it
didn't work with my old machine and I have no time to search the
libraries I'm just an user

aptitude install libpam-kwallet5=4:5.10.5-0ubuntu1
libpam-kwallet-common=4:5.10.5-0ubuntu1
Please remove the buggy version from the repository!

Yes, this issue is fixed by https://review.openstack.org/#/c/296532/ for
everyone. Any PID file that would block keepalived from starting
(regardless of the contents, empty/numeric/non-numeric) is removed
before keepalived is started.
