I created a /boot-partition and the second partition is member of a LVM, the
"/"-FS is inside a Logical Volume.
It seems, that the installer does notinstall a boot record

final CD. Somewhere between Alpha5 and the RC the installer got this

I can confirm this Bug too. It seem so that the bluez Kernel Patch is missing
in feisty. It is needed to have the wheel and forward/backward keys sending
something over the bluetooth connection.

when I open a folder with big media files (avi or mkv) and single click to one

i've used the card successfully on 9.04 with network manager. now when i
insert the card, i don't see the option for mobile connections in
network manager at all.

belong to a place where I've been working 2 years ago (February 2011),
but only now, with the upgrade to FF22, those settings have been used?

Network card driver failure, stack trace
To
intel driver (intel_drv.so) doesn't work with the
chipset. and the old driver (i810_drv.so) isn't available for Lucid
(ubuntu10.04).
Any ideas to get the display driver to work ?

incorrect PMI configuration
Hi,
i have test a new USB 2.0 PCI card with NEC- chip set and it worked
without acpi=off. So this solved the problem for me.
The onboard chip set ATI SB600 do not work without kernel option
acpi=off

I upgraded from Xubuntu 8.10 to 9.04 today.
The new system fails to boot when I use the default kernel 2.6.28-11.
I use a fairly old Fujitsu-Siemens E6540 laptop.
It does boot without a problem when I select kernel 2.6.27-11 in grub.

USB Controller: ATI Technologies Inc SB600 USB Controller (EHCI)
The only thing helps is to disable the USB 2.0 (BIOS) or to set the
kernel option acpi=off (the others don't work).

installed). I even got a freeze while I was in the system bios, so I
guess the real problem is with my hardware.
