I am seeing this as well under 9.04 as of this posting. The array seems
to be okay once the machine is booted, at which point the array no
longer reports itself as degraded.

This driver is also broken for me. I have a Realtek PCI-E 8111C,

manifested itself differently, and more subtly.
My problems are: 1) I have intermittent trouble acquiring an IP via

I just ran into this issue myself...sort of embarrassing. The disc was
burned on Vista, and reads fine in XP, Vista and Mac OS X. Ouch...any
chance we can see this fix in Hardy?

I've verified that the disc I used was burnt as the default UDF version
in Vista, UDF 2.01. The disc itself is a DVD+R.

I found that /etc/apache2/sites-available/mythweb.conf is where my
change worked (in Intrepid). I had to restart Apache for it to take
effect.

This bug is present for me in Gutsy and Rhythmbox 0.11.2. Rhythmbox can
connect to an iTunes 7 share, and iTunes will report that someone is
connected, but RB will be unable to communicate at all from the iTunes
share, and the track listing for the share will remain completely blank.

The DynamicTwinView fix worked for me, too. For what it's worth, I was
interested in 60hz on my flat panel because it's necessary (in North
America) for MythTV's "bob" deinterlacing to work right, which IMO is
absolutely the smoothest way to watch on your PC. ;)

I also suffer from this bug. I'm using Mac OS X as my synergy server,
and Hardy as my client. The workaround of running "sudo synergyc" works
for me, but can't be a long-term solution.

I have the same problem. It's put a huge dent in my wife's Ubuntu
experience, since we need to rip to MP3's, and the Gstreamer + Sound
Juicer + Rhythmbox tag team is giving me broken MP3s.
I've also always thought it was on the encoding side. Files encoded

I think the fade to grey would be great in concert with Beryl/Compiz,
but is presently pretty embarrassing. I propose that it be off by
default, but on (and silky smooth!) when you're running a composited
desktop.

The fade to grey is really ugly (should be able to disable)
