I'm havin the same problem:IPN2220 with ndiswrapper.
In my case this is on an older Acer Aspire 1360 which I want to give to a
family member.
Installed Intrepid, then ndiswrapper + drivers from Acer Support.
The result was I could see the wireless networks, but not to WPA2 encrypted
ones.

much disappointed seeing how Ubuntu lacks all the normal
administrative tools (backup, networking, etc) I learned to appreciate with
Windows or Opensuse or mandriva. Fair enough, the forums helped me do things
I couldn't with the others.

He went in a loop,

Did some further testing and finished my bash script to enable the
bluetooth radio when required. (I removed the modifications I made to
'/etc/init.d/bluetooth'). The script looks like this:
sudo bccmd psset -s 0x 0x028c 0x0001
sudo hciconfig hci0 up
sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart
sleep 2
Bluetooth discovery fails because with the Ralink chip the bluetooth
radio is off by default, it need's to be switched on after each boot.
This can be done with the command: sudo bccmd psset -s 0x 0x028c
0x0001
Afterwards restart bluetooth: sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart

I also have the Bluetooth disabled issue. When running the command
'/etc/init.d/bluetooth start' I always get an error that the version of
hci0 can't be read because the adapter is down. After bringing it up

loaded but the nic doesn't work with static or dhcp ip. (the nic works
with a dapper and edgy livecd).

I had the same problem with my dell inspiron running Kubuntu.
What worked for me was:
- Remove (uninstall) bcmwl.
- Open ´additional drivers´ and let this reinstall the drivers.
- Restart
After the restart wifi worked again.

I have disabled VMware's feature to automatically grab and ungrab the mouse
cursor and it seems like the bug addressed here is not occurring anymore, but I
haven't thoroughly tested this yet.

After every image i make from a CD brasero crashes. The image finishes
correctly, but when I insert another CD and try to create an image from
