Thanks for the reply, I tried setting acpi_sleep=sci_force_enable and it
didn't fix the problem on the D430. I actually realized I have been
barking up the wrong tree. The problem was not coming out of suspend but
actually suspending. On further searching I found the Dell mini has the
same problem.
Found my problem was the SD card. If I unmount the card the suspend and
recovery work fine.

Found my suspend problem on the Dell 430 was related to the SD card. If
I unmount the card the suspend and recovery are fine. Not sure my Linux

In dual monitor environment note mirrored, had this crash when in the

In a fresh installation of Hardy, fully up-to-date, with no previous
~/.* files, I cannot change to the correct keyboard layout. This means
that I can't type a hash, which can be important when programming :)

I use a useful little task manager called Task Coach. It is free
software (GPLv3) and the developers even provide a .deb. It would be
convenient if the package was included in the Ubuntu repositories so I
didn't have to update it by hand!
