Sorry for this. But I ve found the solution.
I had to edit the ~/.config/user-dirs.dir
and change
XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR="$HOME/"
to :
XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR="$HOME/Templates"

Downloader for X is much more in terms of memory and cpu usage, that is
why ubuntu team had stopped packaging it i think, plus Downloader for X

Disabling compiz solves the problem completely for me.
Disabling Place plugin solves it too (though partially somewhat )

The patch have been available for ages, and it is already fixed in
upstream svn. All what the packager maintainer should do is take an svn
snapshot, but it is up to him after all.
