I can confirm this. Only pscan is enabled by default, but
pscan and iscan should be.
It does not solve the problem for me, though. I still can't
pair to my device because the pin I enter on it is not accepted.

the link in firefox instead of downloading it.

Yes, it gave me binary code in a webpage, and no I can't reproduce this
bug any longer. I must admit I totally forgot that I filed it. The issue
was solved (if I remember well) by deleting my .mozilla directory.
Since nobody confirmed it, I think this bug can be closed...
