The current Ubuntu 64 Bit version 9.04 does not allow the normal user to edit
the menu:
Richtclick on the menu -> Edit menu -> no effect.
I had to set the menu permissions on console as root (via sudo).

No. It does not.
Ubuntu adds the printer (correctly identified as DCP-7010) - but uses the
driver "DCP-7025 BR-Script3".
If I try to print, the printer changes from power saving mode to "recieving
data mode" and back to power saving mode without starting to print.
I have no idea how to work aroun
