Gnomebaker failed with very similar errors when I upgraded to 7.10. I completely uninstalled gnomebaker and reinstalled it with the synaptic package manager. When uninstalling it deleted packages for CD control (?) After the reinstall (and automatic configuration) Gnomebaker worked perfectl
