Importance whishlist for debian is enough but for desktop distribution like

i tried to use strace and with

i found that i don't have access to this file /dev/shm/usb-:00:02.0-4:PC

With almost every kernel upgrade, now and before(kubuntu - 10.04. 10.11 , 11.04
and 11.11) grub fails to install proper , so every time i need to enter:
