I executed all the steps on my laptop, an didn't receive any error's but
I'm not sure if this fixed it, that deleting and having the system recreate
my sources list fixed the problem. I have had some problems with that as
well. Something got corrupted during an update or something.

I have not been bugged by this problem fort a while. So I suppose it has
been fixed. Haven't had any problems lately, my laptop is running smoothly.
