Binary package hint: f-spot

OK, after rebooting again I figured out the following things:
1. Fullscreen slideshow sort of works, still it takes forever (~30 seconds)
until the next image is being shown and there is no setting to change that.

I am using an NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX (4x AGP), 128 MB GRAM. I've tried the nvidia

I now can confirm that this also affects F-Spot in 8.10.
I did a clean install of 8.10 and I am using a clean F-Spot Library

It did not show any animation when I tried to connect.

There are no news. It was not working with 8.10. The machine is being used by a
person who is new to Linux - that's why it is running a different distribution
now, because this issue was a major blocker for the user.
As I cannot contribute to this any more you can close this bug again.
