I think the following may be associated with this problem. My system will not resume from suspend Hard rebooting causes a Kernel panic and inability to mount the file system >From Grub using advanced options I can eventually "resume" through >4.15.0-34-generic (but not 4.15.0-36 or 4.15.0-38!) -
