i tried surely 20 times to boot... no chance anymore :( when i saw .14 was
running i deleted the .12 kernel
not anymore recovery mode of .14 kernel is possible to boot

ive got a thinkpad R61
kernel 2.6.22-12 runs without problems.
but at kernels higher than ...-12, i get exactly the same error like the thread
