The current ola version in Xenial-armhf is not compiled against
microhttpd, so the web server component in ola is missing, making it
unusable.
How to reproduce:
1) Install ola
Actually the http library component comes with "libola" nowadays and the
problem is Ubuntu specific:

just recompiling with debuild then it works, so there seems to be a
problem with the build process not finding the build-deps
