When listening to the music and opening a new program (happened with
tomboy), the sound changes and is robotlike. Closing the program and
reopening it corrects the problem.

It happens as you say:
- Boot

Banshee was unresponsive the first few days after the upgrade. Now I
don't have the issue anymore. I can run banshee the way you wrote me and
send you the report if you wish. I might not know how to easily get the
text file thought.

Yes the issue is still there. It doesn't freeze the computer all the
time though. The problem is when I switch off the wifi Fn+F2 and then on
again, I cannot see the networks available..
