For what it's worth, I recently used Kdenlive under Sid for a project,
and it was simply brilliant. However, it did crash a lot, so I had to be
paranoid and save constantly, though I can't tell if this was because of
something in Sid or just because the new Kdenlive is unstable.

Wow.. this is really old. Yeah, at the time I submitted this, I hadn't
heard of Brainstorm. I did actually submit the idea to brainstorm fairly

Thanks a lot. The upgraded Kmix works like a charm here. Out of
curiosity, was this an upstream bug or a Kubuntu bug?

Actually, sorry, I missed one thing in that last altered list. My script
didn't check dependencies of dependencies of dependencies, so I missed
that language-selector-qt depends on Adept. This version just has that
changed to language-selector and synaptic added in.

In Kubuntu Intrepid, the up/down volume keys (fn + Pg up/dn on my laptop

This is a suggestion for Kubuntu Intrepid (or, if it's too late, for

however, it would be a simple matter to switch out Konqueror for

Okay, fair enough. However, I think there should at least be a firefox-
kde package (unless that was already the plan?).

Whether or not the b43 driver works for you, at this point ndiswrapper
still gives better performance.
To install the driver through ndiswrapper:
