I experience the same problem. All the APs set to WPA-TKIP are
problematic. I am only able to connect to those being set to WPA2-AES.
My PC is Thinkpad T60 with Intel 3945. I am running fully updated Karmic
Final.

One more observation - when I try to connect to TKIP secured AP, I
actually kick-off the other users of that AP off the net... This has
been already described in other bug reports... Very strange.

I am having the same issues on Thinkpad T60 with Intel 3945. Fully
upgraded Karmic fails to connect to any TKIP secured APs. WPA2-AES APs
work OK. There must be somethink rotten in the TKIP handling.

On my T60 with Intel 3945 I am experiencing the problem with all WPA-
TKIP secrured APs. All WPA2-AES APs work fine. I am using fully upgraded
Karmic.
On TKIP secured APs I also see the kicking of other users - whenever my
machine connects, the outher users are kicked out. After few seconds my

I have the same experience. I have a ton of working .ovpn files, but
almost none of them translates well into NM setting. In my opinion the
greatest help would be to enable NM to run openvpn with supplied
configuration file. In fact I only need a very simple wrapper around
"sudo openvpn config.ovpn
I experience exactly the same on my Thinkpad T60. Wifi is unusable, even
with very strong signal. Karmic - fully updated, post-beta.

Replacing NM with WICD helps, so in my case it seems to be NM issue.

We are experiencing this bug very severely on OS X Lion and 3.5 version.
All our templates are unusable because we are losing all logos and
graphic elements put into them. This happens both on local files and
files on SMB shares.
