Actualy, it is wireless adapter realtek rtl8187b build in my Toshiba
Satellite L500. Sometime when i wake up laptop from suspend mode,
wireless speed is limited up to 15 kbps. And there is no way to get it
back to normal, unless restarting computer. Also, this card can't work

I came across this problem when doing a clean install of Lucid.
I had an existing /home partition which was not formatted. I'm not sure
if the installer overwrote my .bashrc, but I couldn't login to GDM after
the install was finished. I overwrote my .bashrc with the default Lucid
skeleton version
I know there are at least two other bug reports related to this package,
both in Debian and Ubuntu bug-tracking.
What is the process to get Hamish's workaround signed off for release?

During installation, users are asked to specify what harddrive they
would like to install on, or in the advanced mode, what harddrive that
would like to install the bootloader on. At least with EFI, this
selection seems to be disregarded.
