Kpackagekit uses the proxy settings from the network tab of
systemsettings. Unfortunately it does only use (i try to translate)
"setting proxy manually", even if another option is activated like "no
proxy at all" ! So an old proxy at the first place results in no network

The problem only occurs when there is a new "faulty" message -after- you have
followed someone.
At leat, as described above, it's a workaround to "re-"follow.
I will try following a few users where i know gwibber had problems
before and i will switch to english now.

Same error with systemlanguage english here. It's again the twitter user
"spiegel_spam" that kills my timeline with nearly every tweet.

Why isn't it in the repos? Sure, i am clearly capable of installing
binary from nvidia or using someone's ppa.
But this is Ubuntu. Main staff said it's for human beings. Not scripting
nerds. Ubuntu released a version without support for older gfx cards
without a real warning in the update manager.
