I used the instructions on:

except for the first command, it seemed unnecessary complex, so used
"tail -n100 /var/log/apt/history.log" instead. (this give the last 200
lines of the apt install history)

1931 tail -n100 /var/log/apt/history.log
1932 sudo apt-cache policy nvidia-current
1933 sudo apt-get install nvidia-current=304.131-0ubuntu0.14.04.2
1934 sudo apt-cache policy nvidia-current
1935 sudo apt-get install nvidia-curre

I reinstalled version 304.131-0ubuntu0.14.04.2, rebooted into a Gnome
session and ran:
sudo nvidia-bug-report.sh
After this rebooted into a Unity session and found a crash report:
/var/crash/_usr_bin_Xorg.0.crash
see attachments.

Created an account without a password and with "Don't ask for a password on
login" checked.
Logging in to this account only requires clicking it, this works fine.
Then after a few minutes of inactivity the screen saver lock

I seem to have the same bug, only in a different setup, run xrdp as
server on 12.04 64bit, connect with the default windows 7 remote desktop
client. All the sympthoms are similar.
