me too. i have installed dapper, edgy, those two versions are all okay to shutdown normally. while as for 7.04, shutdown doesn't work properly. i have to press the power button after ubuntu hangs in the blank screen reading "system now ill halt ". is this a bug or related to nvidia driver ?
